A user is anyone with a login to your Planday account. You will be billed in bundles of five users. For example, if you have 23 users, you will be billed for 25 users.
That’s entirely up to you. If you don’t want to commit to a whole year upfront, then monthly billing is the way to go.
We have several flexible payment options, including all major credit cards and direct debit.
Your carrier’s standard SMS rates will apply. There is also a start-up fee, which can be combined with a workshop where we ensure 100% implementation of the Planday system.
You can try Planday for 30 days at no cost. There is no obligation to buy and we don’t ask for credit card details. After 30 days, you can decide if you wish to continue.
